Scope of work: Construction of a monument honoring the Scarboro 85 students who integrated Oak Ridge Schools in 1955.
Includes site work, demolition, earthwork, stormwater piping, concrete work, rammed-earth walls, landscaping, site furnishings, electrical/lighting, content & exhibition installation, and other work per project specifications.
