Scope of Work: Exterior waterproofing and restoration of the Dyersburg Police Department facility. Work includes removal and replacement of brick masonry veneer with new through-wall flashing and waterproofing membrane; replacement of damaged brick; installation of below-grade liquid-applied waterproofing; excavation and removal of soil, sidewalk, and asphalt sections; installation of a new French drain; pressure washing of walls; application of elastomeric coatings on basement-level walls; cleaning fascia beams; pressure washing entire exterior; and replacement of deteriorated joint and perimeter sealants around doors and windows.
