Main Street 5th Floor, Memphis, TN 38103 Phone:9015454427 Contact:Ahmad Nemati Email:ahmad.nemati@shelbycountytn.gov The intent of this request is for Shelby County Government to contract with a Vendor that will be responsible for complete playground renovation, including the cost of all permits, which will meet or exceed all applicable code requirement for the Support Services Department. Reference the Aerial Site Photo provided as Appendix A. The Vendor shall infill the existing pit with engineered fill to four inches below the rim of the existing equipment pits. The Vendor shall place and finish a four inch (4”) 4000 lb. test concrete slab level with existing pits. The Vendor shall install two (2) playgrounds, one (1) suitable for children aged 2-5 years.
