Is there a free trial?

We currently offer limited open access to select projects so you can preview the system before subscribing.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes, subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.

Where do the project listings come from?

Projects are sourced daily from:

• City and county governments

• State agencies
• Universities
• Municipal bid portals
• Publicly available procurement sites

How often are new projects added?

Projects are added throughout the day as they are posted by the issuing agency.

Do projects include full drawings and specifications?

Yes. When agencies provide documents, we upload the full plan set, specifications, and any supplemental forms.

If documents are not yet released, the project page will indicate “Documents Pending.”

Are addenda included?

Yes. Addenda are uploaded immediately. Subscribers also receive instant email notifications.

How do notifications work?

Whenever a new project or addendum is posted, an email is sent to your inbox. Alerts are delivered throughout the day as updates occur.

Can I turn off email notifications?

Yes. You can manage your email preferences inside your account settings.

How do I search for projects?

You can group, filter, and sort projects by:

• Bid date
• County
• Region (West, Middle, East Tennessee)
• Construction type
• Project type
• Owner
• Addenda posted

Can I download documents?

Yes. All available documents can be downloaded directly from each project page.

Do I need special software to view documents?

Most documents are PDFs and can be viewed in any standard PDF reader. Some large plan sets may work best on desktop.

Does TriStar Planroom work on mobile devices?

Yes, the platform is fully mobile-friendly.

What if a document link doesn’t work?

If you encounter a broken link or missing file, contact us and we’ll fix it immediately.

Do you sell or share user data?

How do I update my payment method?

Log in, go to Account Settings → Billing, and update your card information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Do you list private projects?

TriStar Planroom focuses on publicly bid projects, which include:

If we add private projects in the future, we’ll announce it to subscribers.

Do you host bidder lists?

At this time, we do not host bidder lists. Our focus remains on project access and document availability. Bidder list features may be added in a future expansion.
