Scope of Work: Provision of painting services for vacant residential units at various Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) properties. Work includes interior and exterior painting of walls, ceilings, doors, door frames, stairs, stairwell railings, pipes, and related surfaces within residential units. Services include surface preparation, application of primer and finish coats, compliance with MDHA Residential Unit Paint Specifications, cleanup, and disposal of debris.
