Email: Not Listed The work covered by this item shall consist of installation of stormwater drainage infrastructure in the Springbrook Farms Development in Alcoa, Tennessee, including drainage improvements from Pistol Creek up to Faraday Street following the proposed Werner Avenue roadway alignment. Work includes installation of new drainage structures, construction of a haul road to a stockpile area for rough grading, compliance with the Soils Management Plan due to the Brownfield nature of the site, and all work required to complete the drainage system as shown in the contract documents. Work may not begin until all necessary easements and the SWPPP are obtained, and the project must be completed within 102 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
