Description: Town of Nolensville Contact:Brad Baumgartner Email:bbaumgartner@nolensvilletn.gov The Town currently contracts with one design consultant to complete architectural design review on submitted entitlement applications. The Town desires to contract with one (1) additional design consultant to perform architectural design review services. Design review services will include the following: • Consultant to provide design review services for development and building submittals on behalf of the Town of Nolensville to determine compliance of submitted plan documentation with the Zoning Ordinance and Design Review Manual (if applicable). • Plan documentation to be reviewed by the Consultant may include site plans, building elevations and related architectural plans including exterior materials, landscape plans, and other related design elements. • Consultant to provide comments and markups of plan documentation submitted by applicant to Town staff. If revisions to reviewed plan documentation is required, Consultant will provide an additional review of revised plan documentation to ensure compliance with design requirements. • Consultant will provide timely review of plan documentation keeping Town staff informed on progress.
