Description: A. All tire retreading is to be in full accordance with industry standards. Retreads shall be a pre-cure (top-cap) or mold-cure process. Retread cure temperature should be no less than 200 and no greater than 230 degrees Fahrenheit. B. Retread is to be applied with a full splice match. Multiple splicing will not be accepted. C. When retreading has been completed, the vendor will return all tires to the City along with a printed report of the results of the inspection and repairs made to the tires. Tires shall be prepared to ensure safe delivery to destination while complying with the rules and regulations applicable to the mode of transportation. All tires will be delivered to the City FOB Destination.
