Scope of Work:
Provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, traffic control, and materials necessary for maintenance and repair of lighting and illumination systems throughout Metro Nashville infrastructure. Work includes bulb replacement; fixture repair and replacement; electrical wiring repair and replacement; replacement of glassware components; annual cleaning of fixtures; and the provision of materials matching required manufacturer and model specifications. Services include maintenance of streetlights, parking facility lighting, building exterior lighting, and pedestrian pathway lighting. Contractor must perform routine service calls within 48 hours, respond to emergency calls within 2 hours, comply with NES 2023 Lighting Guidelines, coordinate with Metro representatives, and meet all right-of-way permit requirements.
