Scope of Work:
Weekly grass mowing during mowing season at GPD Headquarters, Police Annex, and Police Gun Range, with mulching twice per year at all locations. Includes regular pruning of shrubs and trees, keeping shrub beds weed-free and edges defined, and maintaining debris-free grounds. Annual overseeding and aeration of GPD Headquarters and Police Annex in the fall. Contractor must perform weekly trimming, maintain clean sidewalks, remove debris, inspect landscaping for pest issues, and ensure all work is performed in a skilled, workmanlike manner.
