Description: County of Warren Address:201 Locust Street, McMinnville, TN 10639 Phone:9314732381 Contact:Ashlee Greene Recycling Building #1 Architectural Drawings required for this Building Package: (no dirt work will be included in this package) Building package will consist of all steel for a 62’ x 72’ steel building with an additional 18’ x 72’ loading dock within the building. The loading dock will be 9 feet below grade of the main floor. The main building sides (front, east and south) will have 24’ wall height, the side with the loading dock will have a 33’ wall height. Gabble ends of the building will be north to south (Front and back). The building will have 5 doors. Two front steel roll-up doors are evenly spaced on the 62’ front side and will be 20’ x 20’ each. There will be an 18’ x 18’ steel roll-up door evenly spaced in the back of the building within the 62’ span. There will be two 14’ wide x 18’ tall doors, one on each end of the loading dock (one in the front and one in the back of the building). There will be one 36” walk in door between the two 20’ front doors. ; Recycling Building #2 This building will consist of all steel 84’ wide x 72’ deep with a mono roof system (lean to roof). The building will have a 23’ front height and 17’ in the back. There will be three evenly spaced bays 72’ deep. The main bays will be at least 24’ each, accounting for the piers. This building will not have any doors on the front or back
