Scope of Work:
Construction of traffic calming islands on two local roads within the City of Belle Meade. Work must be performed in accordance with the most current Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and applicable TDOT Standard Drawings. Project includes demolition, earthwork, drainage work, roadway and asphalt items, limestone curbing, pavement marking, traffic control, signage installation, landscaping, and sod placement as identified in the bid tab and proposal documents. Contractor must be TDOT-prequalified, licensed under Tennessee requirements, and capable of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete the project by the stated completion date of 8/15/2026.
