Construction of approximately 2,475 linear feet of new water line along Sink Valley Road in Butler, Tennessee, including all related services, valves, fittings, appurtenances, and associated materials. Bids will be received on a unit-price basis with a Base Bid for 4" ductile iron pipe (DIP) water line and an Alternate for 6" DIP water line. Includes single-prime contract at Owner's discretion, bid security (5%), performance and payment bonds (100%), equal opportunity compliance, and plan access through Cannon & Cannon, Inc.
