Professional engineering services for the design and preparation of final construction plans for the South Westland Avenue Bridge Replacement over CSX rail lines. Work includes preliminary engineering, environmental investigations, public involvement, surveying, utility coordination, right-of-way acquisition services, railroad coordination, structural and site design, preparation of construction documents, bid advertisement materials, construction estimates, and complete engineering plans for replacing bridge 833328.
